Overdraft Privilege gives you added protection from mistaken overdrafts on your checking.
Discretionary Extended Overdraft Privilege (EOD) helps cover certain transactions when your account does not have sufficient funds and no Overdraft Protection is available.
EOD may cover1:
- Automatic payments
- Recurring debit payments
- Checks
You may also opt in for EOD to cover one-time debit card and ATM transactions¹, including:
- Gas stations
- Grocery stores
- Restaurants
- Retail purchases
- Online debit card payments
- Non-recurring bill payments
Key details:
- $17 fee per overdraft item
- No setup fee
- No charge if not used
Important:
Overdraft Protection (linking another deposit account or line of credit) is available and can help you avoid Extended Overdraft fees when sufficient funds or credit are available.

Savings Transfer
You may choose to link another deposit account to your checking account for Overdraft Protection. If your checking account goes negative, funds will automatically transfer to bring the balance back to $0.
There is no transfer fee for to use this service.
Line of Credit
A pre-approved line of credit can be established to provide Overdraft Protection. If your account is overdrawn, funds from the line of credit will automatically cover the negative balance.
There is no transfer fee to use this service. Interest will apply only to the amount borrowed, and once the balance is repaid, no additional interest will accrue.
